Los Sombreros is a really great and authentic Mexican restaurant. They offer a great variety of dishes to choose and the people that work there are very friendly. I usually go about once or twice a week so they are very well acquainted with me. Cecilia, who works the register, is a very nice and friendly person and makes the experience of being there one of a kind. I really enjoy that the owner makes himself available to talk and socialize with the customers. Thanks for being a great restaurant.

If you want some really good mexican food then you should try this place out!!! My family eats here at least once a week and it is always wonderful and the prices are great. The owners are very nice and are always making sure that their customers are satisfied.

A very casual atmosphere. A place to go and socialize with good friends. The staff are exceptionally nice and make you feel welcome. The food is always prepared when you place your order and they provide you with salsa and chips along with the drink of your choice. Absolutely the best margurittas in Bessemer. The whole atmosphere at Los Sombreros is totally relaxing and family welcome...I suggest trying anything on the menu..(you want be disappointed). One of my favorite places to eat!!

Great service and affordable food

My family are weekly patrons to Los Sombreros. We were actually there on their opening night and have been regular customers since. The food is excellent, the service is second to none and the owners always greet you with a smile and a "hello". The chips and salsa are among the best I've eaten and a favorite of my 3 yr. old grand-daughter. Eat here and you won't be dissapointed.

The service and the management is second to none. This is the only place in town that will allow you to personalize any meal you want. We have two meals regularly that are not on the menu - no complaints from them or my family. This place is awesome for large crowds! We show up weekly with 15-20 people (without notice) and are seated, served and stuffed in no time. For me, their habanero salsa goes great with anything they serve! Fair warning, if you're not sure you can handle it - you better start with the jalapeno salsa!

This is a great family restaurant. The management is on top of things and makes sure that you are welcome and taken care of. Our kids (ages 3 and 1) love the decor and the waiters who are all very child friendly. There is a kids menu to take care of our picky chicken finger loving children. The cheese dip is great and I can rarely finish my plate because of the portion size. Los Sombreros is my favorite place to go when I don't want to cook.

Los Sombreros has a festive atmosphere with traditional Mexican decorations. The restaurant is roomy, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I find that the dishes typically have more food than other Mexican restaurants, and I've never had any complaints with anything I've ordered. I meet friends there almost every Friday night, and I drive past several other Mexican restaurants to get there! The manager always ensures that the customer is treated very well and has a pleasant dining experience.

Awesome service and EVEN BETTER FOOD! Loved the cheese dip! I go to the place everytime I come through Bessemer. Chicken Quesidilla is the bomb!

I go there almost every day. The food gets better each time. I would reccomend anyboday to try it out its great.
