I am not from Alabama, originally. My home and my OB/GYN are in Texas! I have lived here in Alabama for over 10 yrs and I have visited other OB/GYN physicians, but always felt like another number. I, like many other woman had questions about my "personal" health, but wasn't getting the attention that I thought my case deserved. Unfortunately, my health took a turn for the worse and my primary doctor gave me Dr.Richard Stephens name as a referral. I visited him and instantly I felt as if I knew him for many years. He was concerned, compassionate, clear, and professional. I understood the procedures he described and I knew he was the right doctor to perform them. I send this recommendation for all those women that feel like another ticket from a counter. This man is the real deal!! Thanks, Dr. Stephens for all you do!!
