As soon as we walked the store we were treated rudely.

Terrible terrible customer service! Bought a sweatshirt from this store, and when I got home the decal on the sweatshirt was off center and crooked, and a decal that I paid for was not on the hood of the sweatshirt! I went back the next day with my receipt and I asked to have I fixed or exchanged and the owner coped an attitude with me

Stating that I yelled at her when I asked her a simple question of exchanging the item or fixing it. She refused to do so or even help me, and this was her mistake. She was very rude and had ABSOLUTELY no people skills. Threatened to call the police on me for asking her a simple question. When she got nasty with me I just asked her for my money back and she wouldn't even do that. So she wouldn't fix her own mistake and then own up to it by giving me my money back. Sad, disturbed people out there. Cannot believe people can sleep at night knowing they are robbing you of your money when you're not looking! Put them out of business!!!!!!!
