Took my boots in for resole, got boots home and found a nail sticking through inside of boot, hardware left off new soles, called shop and his words about nail sticking through were "it happens sometimes, asked about hardware not being put on and he said he couldn't get them back on, took me less than 10 minutes to get them back on, think he's just lazy. Probably easier to buy new boots than go here again. Lazy worker.
