Belmont apartments is one of the best apartments available. With the exception of the loud neighbors above us (which management cant help), the apartment is worth the price we pay for it. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the apartment is tiled. It is close to the Embark bus stop, 7-11, Walmart, and many other amenities. There is a nice place to walk ones dogs, and a lake near by the apartment.

Move from the country to the city an was so scared but I absolutely love this place they are newly remodeling them an there great

I've stayed here since February and have managed to lock myself out of my apartment twice. Both times maintenance was there within ten minutes and checked my ID to make sure it was my apartment. Very appreciated.

a early morning maintenance call was answered and taken care of in side of one hour and the maintinance had all things needed for the job

Belmont apartments is a great apartment complex. They fix issues when they arise and make sure the residents are taken care of appropriately. Recently when there was a leak in our apartment on a Sunday, the maintenance team came out and immediately took care of the issues. The management is willing to learn about accessibility and how it applies to the FHA and the ADA

Very quiet apartment complex. Updated fixture, real tile flooring and new carpet. Private security camera also provided at no charge.
