Bethany Village is a wonderful place. I could not disagree more with the negative review that was left. The building is not hard to navigate at all. My 3 year old knows her way around the building. The building is not dated. Maintenance is always updating and repairing the building. The staff is amazing. They are always kind, helpful and upbeat. The price is less expensive than the other assisted living facilities we looked at. They have so many planned activities that are wonderful. It is by far the best facility in the area. There is not a high turnover. I never see residents leave except for end of life. There is always a waiting list for the facility. My family has had a wonderful experience for my 85 year old grandfather. He is now safe, happy, engaged and loved all thanks to the amazing staff at Bethany Village.

Buyer Beware

I doubt the claim of this being the best home at this point in time. The building is difficult to navigate through and is getting dated.

The staff are not helpful when you need them the most. Poor care. Historically, many people have left it for greener pastures.

The front entrance room looks nice but there are a lot of other aspects to be improved. They are priced higher than some quality competitors as well. There are better homes available than this one.
