Great service, Friendly staff. I was about two months overdue for a haircut and usually wear it short. The stylist was friendly, patient and extremely helpful. Will definitely return.

Outstanding & friendly service. Great prices! I started going here after a salon across the street charged me $60 plus an expected tip to match and barely cut my hair. Sending a big thank you to the staff.

I just got back for great. Clips and I'm shaking with anger. I got a hair cut 3days ago and it was terrible, I went back to get it corrected and a get a shampoo, the girl who did my hair cut wasn't there the lady who dis my hair did a decent job. However she made me pay for a $20 to dry my hair!!! It's not even a proper blow dry when they straighten my hair. When I complained the other girl there said I should have been charged for a hair cut as well even thought i went to get their mistake corrected. NEVER AGAIN will I go there!!! I won't even take my Client there anymore!!! IM DiSSATISFIED AND I WILL BE CALLING THE MANAGER. I do a better job blow drying my hair than this.

Great Clips in Bethel, CT is Aweful...aweful...AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! I gave it 2 chances and the second time was just as aweful than the 1st time or even worst. Staff is obnoxious, fake and very unfriendly! They gave me a 45 mins wait time....and to be called in after 50 mins. Tried to tell the hair dresser how my 13 year old wanted her hair styled but only to be cutoff numerous times and to be ignored. They are also too hung up on the name on their computer system. Took a good 5 minutes just to clarify the name part of the visit UGH!...Dejavous?! It doesn't freakin' matter how my name is spelt or if it's incorrect for that matter...I just wanted to get my kids a simple cheap haircut. And as far as the haircut goes...Terrible! As the other people have already said on here "You get what you pay for" ....so true! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

If you are a woman who cares about how her hair looks but are considering Great Clips to save some money, do not go there! I decided to try it because I really needed a haircut and, after losing my job, am on a very tight budget. I did not have high expectations because it is a walk-in place and I was used to a great stylist who charged $60 for a cut. But, I thought, “How bad could it be?” It was bad, a big mistake and now I have to go to a legitimate salon to fix the awful cut. Without a coupon (which I had) or a promotional discount, this place is pricey for what it is. Everything is a la cart and a shampoo, cut and blow dry will cost you $33. The girl who cut my hair explained that everything is based on the amount of time it takes. A haircut is $14 and a casual blow out is $15. Right there is the problem! They do not see any difference in the skill involved in cutting hair and blow drying hair. The end result was that my hair is visibly uneven and there are parts that were not even cut. Thinking back I realized she did not once stop to check if it was even. She just cut away and that was it. My hair is wavy, so it is not so traumatic, but I did not want to go back for them to fix it because there was no point. This will not pass for a decent place for a cut.
