I bought my wedding dress along with other bridesmaids and MOH dresses at Occasions. It is by far my favorite bridal store. The owner is extremely accommodating and knew exactly which wedding dress would be right for me!! my mother always has a hard time finding dresses that fit her and she was able to buy 2!! It was wonderful working with Occasions and look forward to doing business with them again!

I read the mixed reviews but went anyway. I went on a Monday morning, looking for a dress for my daughter's wedding. There was no one else in the shop that day. When I walked in the person who worked there was on the phone. I don't know if she was the owner or who she was. It never got that far. She looked up at me, but really did not acknowledge that I was there. I was expecting her to tell the person that she was speaking with that she had a customer and had to go. Instead, she kept talking about her son getting a ticket. I browsed at a few dresses, still thinking the conversation would end and she would get off the phone, it did not. I walked towards the door, expecting her to then realize how rude she was being, still no response. Finally I said to her "Seriously, you can't get off the phone to help a customer" and walked out. How rude-you are in a customer service business. Besides that I know way too much about your poor son-how embarrassing for you.
