THey do not stand behind products they sell. We bought a steam cleaner and it broke less than a year and a half later. We called and were told " we didn't mke it and won't do anything for you"

What they advertised and what was delivered were two different things. My kit was suppose to come with 10,14,18,22 & 24k test needles, instead it came with 8k through 22k. So, now i can not test between 22k and 24k. I went ahead and requested that they send me the 24k needle, while in the meatime I began testing my gold. Afetr several emails and some checking by them, they stated that they did not have any 24k needles. After all of that, they would not allow a return since it was used.

what a jip. so now i have a test kit that did not fully service what i needed.

call before you order and make sure the parts that are advertised are actually what you get.

I have been purchasing from Star Struck for over 25 years. I have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is exceptional and I get my orders with 1-2 days. I highly recommend this company.
