I am so upset after calling and inquiring about a kayak rental.



It was December when I called there, as I was planning my wedding for mid June. When the phone picked up, I said: "Hi I am inquiring about kayak rentals."



I was then laughed at. "Are you serious," the woman said and than laughed.



When I then said: "Excuse me, what is so funny?" She became mad at me.



These people are far from true professionals. I was going to be renting 20 kayaks for 2 weeks, guess they aren't going to be getting that good amount of business.
