I took my 2008 Audi A4 here in July of 2016. I had taken it to an Audi dealership and they said the transmission would need replaced. Given that this would cost about as much as the car is worth I thought "Yeah... that's not happening." and considered just getting rid of the car. to avoid just getting rid of it we took it to Gillece. They were very honest with us and said the car's computer would not want to cooperate, but they would see what they can do. They got back to me a few days later saying they had found a way to get the computer to agree with the newly rebuilt transmission. It has been 6 months since I got my car back and it has performed perfectly. I highly recommend Gillece

Above and beyond my expectations!

99 Jaguar xj8, 7am dropped off the car.

Being that my car is older my transmission pan had some rusted bolts that I could see.

They had a hard time removing them

and had to find replacement bolts.

Jaguar discontinued the bolts so they made some calles and got OEM bolts to replace them. This took some time to track down bolts, drive to get them and come back.

They close at 6pm and stayed open till 7pm just to finish my car.

Then the bill came and i was shocked. Due to the fact that the bolts took so long to get and that i was there till 7pm they only charged me 1 1/2hrs labor.

To that, i am very grateful, for there honesty and customer service.
