Really terrible customer service. We are training our daughter's eyes with graduated contacts. I received an incomplete supply of contacts and asked whether I should wait to start the training as the doctor stressed that we needed 7 consecutive days in contacts. I was told that they would reach out with a plan on Friday for us to pick up the lenses or figure out a different plan and there was no call. On Saturday, when our daughter had run out of contact lenses I contacted the office and was assured that the doctor and contact manager would call us first thing Monday to explain whether we needed to restart the training. By 4 pm on Monday, I had received no calls. So I called the office and after 44 minutes of talking to the secretary, the contacts manager, the office manager, and finally, the doctor. Not one of these people accepted that this was either a planning failure or a communications failure. I found all the excuse-making insufferable because at no point did anyone except the doctor identify a path forward. But, I find that I don't believe the doctor. He had stressed the importance of wearing the contacts for 7 consecutive days and suddenly 4 days was acceptable because they would be working together over time. In my opinion, I think even the doctor misrepresented the facts - either in our initial meeting or in my most recent phone call because these were clearly different stories. In any case, I need to work with an eye doctor and staff who is more professional and doesn't waste my time.
