Paid $800 cash for an alternator replacement and for some reason, they refuse to provide a receipt. Not sure if this is to avoid any warranty issues if they arise in the future, but I find it odd that you wouldn't provide customers with receipts after service is complete. It has been over a week.

As far as the work, my car did start (as I knew the alternator was the issue before they arrived). I did not find the pricing competitive. Significant markup on parts over retail. It's unfortunate that you have to call or email someone daily for a receipt.

Advice: Don't pay cash because you won't get a receipt.
