The tech dispatched was at my home today to fix an issue with sensors. Showed me what the issue was - how I can adjust if need again. Then he went above and beyond. I recently got a new car (smarter than me) and I could not figure out how to sync up the garage door opener feature of my car - he took care of it for me. - These folks are simply wonderful!

The tech repaired our roll up garage door that had shifted off the tracks and was hanging askew. He also re-bolted and lubricated as needed. It now operates smoother and better than it ever did. Highly recommend this.

They did an excellent job, were very informative, helpful, knowledgeable and professional and not only fixed the problem but left me with a garage door that worked even better than before I had issues with it.

It looks great; they even went the extra mile and trimmed the mounting broad in white aluminium to match the rest of the house.5 stars.

I hate parking outside. My spring broke and i had to park outside prior to finding this business. I called, made an appointment and he showed up as scheduled. He fixed my springs and charged the amount he stated on the phone as promised. From now on if I have any issue with my garage, I'm calling him.

Quick, reasonable, courteous, on time. My garage transmitters were not working and they came right out, changed the board, and even oiled my rails and spring at no cost. Now everything is working and it is super silent.

Called Bethesda Garage Door when garage door was making a lot of noise opening and closing. They came out the next morning and helped to correct the problem (panels were sagging when door was open and overhead). Quick effective corrective action applied and relatively inexpensive. They had helped us at my other home with a new motor the previous year. Very happy with their service.

Our garage door broke and didn't close. We called Bethesda Garage Door they came in about 30 minutes got the door to close.
I highly recommend this place because they're reliable, offer good prices, don't make you wait, and do a very good work.

I came home to find I could not open my garage door. It was after five, so I checked yelp to see if I could find someone who would come out the next day. Not only did they call me back immediately, but he managed to come by that evening. He took about an hour and fixed the garage door so that it's better than new. I will definitely use this company again!

They were able to replace the broken spring, as well as the defective sensors. They came out pretty fast and would use and recommend again without a second thought.

Removing the old door and opener, installing and testing the new one took a little over 5 hours as they had explained when we made the purchase. The tech reviewed all the features of the opener and safety devices in the opener and door. If you need a garage door or opener, call them. You will not be disappointed.
