STAY AWAY! I called to make appointments for my husband and myself and was told the only appts they have were 11am and 12pm. My husband and I showed up early for the appointments, the person at the front desk told us the appointments were for 10am and 11am. There is not a doubt in my mind that those appointments were made for 11am and 12pm, as I have never made a mistake like that, and I wrote it down on a piece of paper while I was on the phone. I was told I would be charged $49 for the no-show appointment, even though both my husband and I had shown up at the time of the scheduled appointment - 11am and 12pm. I asked to speak with the manager, Tammy Wilkins, who very rudely told me that I was wrong and her staff were right. Tammy Wilkins told me that she that she would charge my credit card for the full amount of the 10am massage. I again explained that I really resented paying that, since both my husband and I showed up early to our scheduled appointments at 11am and 12pm. Ms. Wilkins proceeded to argue with me and continue telling me that I was wrong. I felt extremely disrespected by Ms. Wilkins, and can't understand why Massage Envy would place someone in a manager position who clearly knows absolutely nothing about customer services. My husband asked Ms. Wilkins for her supervisor's name, she stated that there was nobody above her. When we got home, sure enough they had charged our credit card $49, we will be filing a complaint with Ms. Wilkin's manager, corporate office, the Better Business Bureau, Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection, and as many online sites where we can warn people about Massage Envy as we can find. Do not go to this location, they have despicable customer service and will charge you for mistakes that they have made!
