This guy, Thomas Terpilak, is a real jerk. He judges you, not your diamond and points out the flaws rather than what's good about your diamond. He's cocky and thinks he knows everything. I just wanted to get my ring appraised, and he charges $100 and gives you no written report. He charges $200 for the written. I walked in, and he assumed that my diamond would be bad without even looking at it first. He's rude.
