I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Antique Limousine Service. My husband signed a contract and prepaid for a Rolls Royce for our wedding day. The morning of our wedding, he received a phone call that the car we would be using was hit by a drunk wedding guest, from a wedding the night before and was not drivable. We were given the option of renting a limo from them for an ADDITIONAL FEE!!!! I work in the customer service industry and found this to be completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed with how this company handled an unforeseeable incident like this. I understand that this could not be helped, however we had a signed contract and should have received the limo for the same price OR been given a discount for the inconvenience of no longer receiving the same type of service that we expected and PAID for. I found this to be completely unprofessional. There's already enough stress for someone the day of the wedding... the last thing you want is to book undependable vendors. We cancelled the contract and we did receive a credit back rather promptly. Thankfully for my husband and I, we found another company that was able to accommodate us with no notice at all.
