There are a lot of issues with this store that I haven't posted publicly about. However, I was there this morning and had to get them to remake my coffee because it was bitter and not drinkable. When I came around to the window, the child that makes the coffee starts screaming at me that she made it right then storms off to remake it. As she is remaking it she is slamming the cup down, hitting the flavor bottle pump with her fist, and slamming down the utimsels used to make it. Clearly this child does not belong in a customer service oriented job. She has no control of her emotions and absolutely no skills in dealing with the public. I was not rude when I asked them to make it, but this entitled little brat threw a tantrum over it. Between ALL of the other problems this store has on a routine basis, and this latest incident I will not be doing anymore business at this Dunkin location. The employees at Winder are friendly and professional, unlike "those people" at exchange.
