Dr Shah is a wonderful doctor and works hard to provide an exceptional and personalized eye care experience.

I was told I could come in today for a work in, This being my first time going to see them. I was in the waiting room and overheard the Dr. Say I would be waiting a few hours so I asked the lady up front if it would be easier if I came back later. She told me I was being a difficult pt because of my large medical history she had to put into the system. I told her to refund my co pay money and I would never come back. This is by far the rudest thing I have ever had to deal with. Horrible customer service!

My favorite doctor! He operated on my dad and did a great job! Then I went to see him after seeing over a dozen other doctors and he finally gave me the diagnosis. Well unfortunately nothing can be done for my eyes, but it's such a relief to finally know what is going on.
