Provided by YP.comwell the food was cold, the service slow. when sat down and waiteing for the bread people were getting there stuff before we were , no bread or plates given to us upon our request was not there waited for the bread for a long time nothing. asked the manager and the he said the waitress forgot us . how can you forget your customers. bad service. had my salad and was eating halfway through and the food came out. the manager acted kind of on the matter. and took care of it. will not go back to longhorns again. bad experience. my husband was very upset he usually eats all of his steak , but dindt. the potatos were still hard and not enough topping on potato and it was cold. the steak was supposed to look like the pic it was flat and dint have not bacon hardly around it. that is not was they advertise. will go back to the other steak houses . better service.no longhorns ever.

Provided by YPmobileHalf of our food came out cold. The manager never came by our take despite our server asking her to. The only part of the meal that was good was the service. It's sad to see restaurants just opening that are doing so bad. Most of the other tables around its experienced similar problems. If you go here be prepared to send food back.
