CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:30am

Always charge me different prices for the same package. I've shipped 2 things here in the past 2 weeks. Both exactly the same. One went to Cal. and the other to Kentucky. The Kentucky package cost me $22 more then sending the same exact package to Cal. a week ago. Something is wrong with this picture. The guy working there always seems in a terrible mood and upon walking in I get the look like what does this guy want. Never open, I've rode by there on a weekday at 2 and they were closed. I will ride down to staples from now on to ship.

Never open when they're supposed to be. Also shipped a statue, the owner packaged it himself and it was broken when it arrived. The owner denied any responsibility for the breakage and refused to help with the claim through UPS. Out 50 dollars for that one, will not give them my business again.

Do not do business here. Went there on Wednesday at noon-Closed. Went there Thursday at 2 pm- Closed. Called today, (Tuesday) to politely ask if they were open. The owner (but I can't imagine a business owner acting like this) says "I answered the phone, so I am open". When confronted with this confrontational tone the owner says "you can take your business elsewhere". Duh? I wouldn't trust my packages from my business to a business who cares so little about gaining or keeping customers. Can't imagine this place helping you if there was ever a problem with a package getting somewhere.

This Pak Mail is horrible! I needed some things notarized yesterday and called in the morning- they told me the notary would be there until 5:30. I called at 4:30 to double check that there was still a notary before I drove out there, and they repeated to me that there would be a notary there until 5:30. I got there at 4:45 and the door was locked and the "OPEN" sign was off. On the door, the store hours were until 5:30. This is the second time this has happened. Went back there today to have the same things notarized, and the notary wrote her commission date (the date she became a notary) in the spot where today's date should go- I caught the error and we corrected it, but I have a feeling she has been doing that on everything she notarizes. Even though this place is right up the road from my house, I will drive the extra distance to a more reputable spot if I need notary services or shipping from now on. Whoever manages this place needs to get it together.
