Great employees, availability of products & pricing, my sole reason for continuing business is the exceptional customer service. I was personally greeted and offered help by three associates, then offered assistance by the store manager who remembered my name and my pets name from the last visit and he spent 5-10 minutes asking about my pet and telling me about their specials and deals which I happily took advantage of. If you’re looking for a great place to take your pet with great service
Don’t Hesitate to visit this store you’ll be pleasantly surprised how nice it is doing business here. Special thanks to Glenn the manager for taking the time to deal with me and remembering our names😄

We love Petsmart. The employee's are like our extended family, especially Melissa. She has been helping us even before we got our Boxer Shelby. Everyone is incredible and the Vet is Shelby's pal. Thank you Petsmart.

Absolutely the worst experience! Made an appointment to have my dog groomed. Received an email confirmation for 11am on Saturday.

Arrived a few minutes early only for them to say my dog was supposed to be there at 8am. No I made the appt. for 11 and the confirmation also says 11. The staff was rude and VERY UN-ACCOMMODATING and told me I had to come back another day. Do not use their services. Overpriced and not very customer friendly at all.
