To say they are a second-rate organization would be an insult to second-rate organization. Lost my package. No big deal. Make it right and we can both go our separate ways. Mind you, this package had tax documents, social security numbers, bank records, general things you send to an accountant. They offered to pay me $100. Yes $100. It cost me 5 times that to have a company monitor my credit and freeze my account numbers. Not to mention what I had to pay my accountant to expedite my taxes to keep from incurring penalties. Of the 15 times I've spoke to them, I initiated the call 14 times. Only once has a phone call been returned. The owner Tim is a complete joke as is his manager (her name escapes me). If I could give them less than one star, I would. BEWARE!!!
