This is a marvelous Turkish Restaurant! This is my favorite restaurant in Lehigh Valley and I am not Turkish. Their small mixed appetizer plate is enough for two people. Their lamb kabob dinner with a generous salad and delicious rice is enough for two meals. The lamb is perfectly prepared and the best lamb I ever tasted and I am a New Yorker and a sophisticated world traveler............... so when I want lamb I go to the Anatolian Kitchen. They tripled the size of their restaurant, so you never have to wait. I am a creme brulee fan too, and their phenomenal creme brulee is the size of dessert plate! I take all my guests to the Anatolian Kitchen and they always ask to go back again.
