Michael Hicks is a skilled Tile Master and knowledgeable in general construction. He gained my trust by acting as my lead installer on a house rehab I began working on in November 2015. I purchased supplies by the pallet and large quantity contractor packs from Home Depot. Michael was given a company credit card to purchase materials. He was introduced to Realtors and received work from them. In April 2016 he was apprehended by Lehigh County Sheriff Department for outstanding warrants from PA and NJ. While he was in jail i looked for paint, laminate flooring, ceramic tile and slabs of granite for a project he was working on. I discovered through investigating with coworkers and Realtors that materials from my jobs were used at side jobs done by Hicks. A police report was filed with Allentown PA POLICE Department It was discovered that down payments were taken and side jobs started with my materials and not completed. Michael was terminated while he was in Lehigh County Prison. He was also known to operate in shore communities of South Jersey. Somers Point, Wildwood, Cape May until the real estate crash in 2007.
