Had minor body work done through this "business" which was suppose to take 3-4 days. They had my car for almost 2 weeks! Which after having it for 6 days notified me that my transmission crapped out while driving it to a different location to do the repairs. Why was it being taken to a different location?? They claim it broke down the first day he had it. Why did it take 6 days for me to be informed and then another 5 days before I could have it towed to another facility to have the transmission looked at. Once I FINALLY had my car back in my possession, after asking multiple times for the name and address of the shop it was being worked on, I had a transmission specialist look at the car and he found that new parts and fluid were put in and on my vehicle. The condition of the parts were consistent with being put on my vehicle and it never being driven. They refuse to acknowledge that they did something to the vehicle while in their possession. I tried to find a solution between the 2 of us but they refused to do anything about it. I had no choice but to file a civil suit against them. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE! My body work isn't even that good. There are 2 spots where the paint bubbled, my pin stripping is thicker and a different color from the original. the paint did not dry properly so it has a blurry look instead of the gloss look of the rest of the car. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK! Oh and the Applebutter Rd. Address isn't even where the shop is anymore. I dropped my car off at a garage in Laurys Station but it was worked on and towed from a shop on Lehigh St.

These Guys did a great job on my car and Mark was soooooo helpful when i was having ins issues !!! Def recommended and will use again if needed! Need quality work done, or know someone who does, please contact GFS AUTOMOTIVE!!
