This place is horrible and completely reckless with the "care" they provide. If you are able to get beyond the rude secretaries, the therapists and doctors that my child has been involved with aren't too bad though. It's unfortunate that as a patient you have to be surprised by the kindness and efficiency of the professional staff after dealing with such attitude and dismissal during check in and check out. The majority of the receptionists always seem way more rapped up in their own conversations to be bothered with managing the client's care. Today, the office staff chose to risk my child's well being over putting in a message to the Dr and at least TRYING to resolve the issue at hand and instead decided that going unmedicated, risking all the progress that has been made, would be the better option. I'm sorry, but there is no way I will ever allow my child to step foot in a place ever again that cares so little about providing them with the care they so much need. Shame on you.
