Over 5 years experience within a diversified industrial equipment and components manufacturer providing material and process selection, consulting in material related technologies, standards and specifications, supplier evaluations, failure analysis and testing. Three years experience at a commercial testing laboratory providing failure analysis and routine testing. Additional areas include near net shape manufacturing, general metallurgical consulting, design support, testing recommendations, laboratory support, weld evaluations, and training. The Keller Group & Associates - Consulting in the plastics industry since 1979 with over 35 years in the plastics industry. Provides both technical and marketing services to both individual and corporate clients. Areas include plastic concepts and designs, cost analysis, plastic processes, resin selection, part and mold design, part evaluations and simplification, assembly techniques, wear studies, coatings, color/weather testing and procedures.
