I can't comment on this shop's quality of work because they cancelled my appointment at the last minute. I had reserved a specific time slot in advance with a $50.00 credit card deposit. When I told the shop I was no longer interested in getting the work done there--I found an opening with another shop AFTER Satori cancelled on me--they told me they "could not" refund my deposit. When I told them a credit card swiper works both ways, charge and refund, they informed me no refunds was their owner's policy, even though they were the ones who defaulted on my appointment. The best they could do was put my 50 bucks toward another appointment with the artist who cancelled, or apply it to future work. As if I'll ever have any work done there after essentially having my money stolen because Satori Ink couldn't honor my appointment. My deposit was to reserve a specific time slot, not future work or appointments whenever the artist could squeeze me in.



The good news is my credit card deposit will likely be refunded by my bank. Thankfully I didn't pay the deposit in cash. If you must deal with this shop--you don't have to, there are plenty of other shops in the valley--then I suggest you use a credit card with a bank that provides fraud protection...

The name does justice to this tattoo studio! As soon as you walk in its a totally different experience. I have been getting tattooed by Shaun and Lauren for years! The shop is very comfortable and relaxing. You can really tell the employes enjoy their job the way they joke around and there's always a good movie on to zone out and watch while getting work done. they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door!
