I never put reviews up on businesses,good or bad,however this experience was so frustrating that I had to write about it- maybe it will help someone else.Our business requires the use of a Large Telehandler($1,000/day approx) and we chose this company to help us.The first experience we had with them was fine and the machine we were given for the day was adequate. However the 2nd time we used them they sent us a different machine(same charge) which was far less equipped to handle our loads we were using it for.We requested the same piece of equipment and were told that is what would be delivered.This machine was so bad,that the back wheels actually pulled off the ground while we were trying to unload our merchandise.When we called them early in the day they told us that's all that was available,even though we rented the other machine.During our unloading,this piece of equipment shook so much that we actually lost a load,damages costing us over $1000 to our goods.Very unprofessional
