This company sub contracts out the work. We had to continuously badger Posavek, Sr, and his subcontractor to get the roofing job finished. Roofing supplies were delivered, then left on the roof for 3 weeks during several days of high winds. We would have been held responsible if materials had blown off and damaged other properties. I wasted several vacation days waiting for the contractor who communicated very little and didn't show up. When the roof was finally done, (after threatening to have another company finish the work), the quality/workmanship was excellent, or so I find out differently. Read on. However, arrangements were never finalized by the contractor to finish the inside ceiling drywall. (water damage from roof leaks.) I received an email from the sub-contractor stating he no longer works for Posavek, Sr., and he was willing to finish the job on his own time, but never offered us specific dates. I finally made arrangements with another local company to finish the work. About 2 months later, leaks began appearing in another bedroom, but on the same side of the house. (Posavek's crew had originally replaced the roof, installed ice and water shield, and braced the plywood joints.) Once again, we had play phone tag with Posavek Sr., and Eric Frost, the subcontractor. Eric had quit Posavek in October 2018, citing "overworked" conditions. (I think there's a porch up the street waiting to be finished.) I was told by a representative of Posavek a new foreman would contact us. Still waiting to hear from them. (+ 4 weeks.)Not wasting any more time with this company. Called another company to finish the inside work; I'm using that company again to clean up this current problem. There's internal issues going on with Posavek Sr., and Eric Frost. Best advice is stay away from them.

Update 01/15/2019 Another local company came to evaluate the leaks and perform repairs. The roofer that was here today commented the work done by Eric Frost (while working for Posavek Sr.), was poor. Several exposed nail heads which may have contributed to the new leaks had to be silicone caulk over to seal them. The new bathroom vent housing needed to be resealed as well. Definitely DO NOT CONTRACT with Posavek Sr., and /or Eric Frost Construction Management, with a last know address as Lehighton or Walnutport.
Please note: There is a company called William Posavek, Jr. Most likely a son. I did NOT contract with that company.
UPDATE 01/27/2019- More leaks! Another company has determined the NEW shingles must be removed to ascertain what's going on. He checked the crawlspace and found the affected area soaking wet. (plywood, etc.) Update: New plywood, new shingles, new water shield, repaired shoddy workmanship around new bathroom exhaust vent. Another $1,000 for repairs because Posavek Sr., and Eric Frost screwed up. STAY AWAY FROM POSAVEK SR AND ERIC FROST CONSTRUCTION !!!
