Sometimes you have to wait for Dr. Karl to see you, but it's worth it because I know he will listen to all my concerns. He does that for all his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of eye care and wants a clear understanding of any eye care issue.

I had an emergency and the staff and doctor stayed late and took the extra steps to make sure I would be seen after my Insurance company gave incorrect information on my coverage . Thank you to both the staff and the Doctor.

Thorough

New office so a bit disorganized- i was helped by a new worker who was being trained. Overall pretty efficient. No real wait which was super helpful, even for a snowday.
