I paid extra to have my new mic shipped in two days. So according to their website, as I was checking out (on Wednesday), I'd receive it Friday which I was excited about since I have a lot of work to do this weekend and my current mic is killing me.

The other option was pay less for shipping and receive it Monday. They didn't ship it until Thursday so FedEx isn't delivering it until Monday.

So I called them up to ask for the difference in shipping cost to be refunded since they didn't uphold their end of that agreement.

The guy (his name is Lunas) was super rude with me from the start, he kept cutting me off and talking over me every time I'd start a sentence.

After yelling in my ear about how he would not make a profit if he refunded the difference in shipping to me, he proceeded to hang up on me.

I called him back after he hung up on me and asked for an RMA number. I think I will return it and order it from somewhere else just on principle.
