The Posh location on 18th Street has a case of kennel cough. We just picked up our previously healthy dog last night, and he was obviously sick. Weezing, can't breathe, and coughing. He has been vaccinated but that doesn't guarantee the dog won't get kennel cough. Took him to the vet for antibiotics. No one said a thing to us about it when we picked him up. We will never board or groom there again.

The owners at Posh have no compasion for your pets and when your dog is injured at there facility they could care less . all I asked for was an explanation to how it happened and all I got was rude, , and excuses and then told to leave and never come back to there business. my dog went to see the vet and I was told there was a dog fight which ended with a bite and two other sores leading to an antibotic . If you care about your pet this is not the place...

The dog whisperer grooms at Beaston Camp Kennels and my Westie loves her! Jennifer is especially good with dogs and she really knows her dog cuts! Nellie always smells and looks great after her grooming! I have sent many a demanding pet owner to Jennifer to have their dog groomed. Now I need to schedule ahead because they are all clients!

I've found Jennifer to be very patient, professional, and extremely accommodating with both my time and my requests while grooming our dog. I'm extremely lucky to have found such a fantastic groomer in the QCs!

Zero Stars! Not recommended to any dog lover! Left are 2 dogs at the Eldridge location and picked them up after a 5 day stay and had to take them to the vet because of dehydration, vomiting. Of course a vet bill after spending $400 plus to have them stay at this all show boating place of business. Nice facility but that's it, it's all for show. Both of my dogs are now hand shy all the sudden now also, they have not been the same and it's been 2 full days now. Also on pick up they handed my wife and I the blanks that we had brought and we're covered in vomit and other things! If you love your pet then do a lot of checking before leaving town. Do Not leave them with the Beaston Camp Kennels! I am so disgusted with this place!

We took our dog to be groomed here last week. When we picked the dog up, we noticed he had a cut on the back of his hind leg and was bleeding. When we confronted the groomer, she said he had bitten himself. This makes no sense as we have had him groomed many times before and he never bit himself. Also, it would be impossible for him to bite himself on the back of his hind leg. When we called them on Monday to talk to the manager we were told the same thing. We asked for a refund and they refused. Do not take your animal here. It is not safe!
