Sadly we are not going to purchase another pizza from here! Two pizza's in a course of a week and and a half burnt! For the price we paid, completely ridiculous! My husband stopped next day to talk to manager about experience, first thing person in charge said was can't do anything about this, my husband said i didn't come here for anything just to let you no we are done here! Sad that no one cares about product anymore just money! If i had to rate without being prompted it would be 1/2!

So very upset. We have ordered from here many of times. Haven't ordered in awhile so tonight we ordered large half taco half sausage with extra sausage and order of BBQ wings. Was 20 minutes late and cold. Called back told the manager and she argued that it left on time when the delivery driver said she left without my order then she couldn't find me. Went next door to bar to find me

Smoking in the back, making people wait almost a half hour to pay and get food...never go to Galena IL happy joes!!!
