Stopped and waited for assistance while the shop person visited with customer on non shop trivia. She finally paused and gave me a sheet of instructions for consignments before going back to visit. I emailed photos and after waiting a week, called and left my name and number and explained I had sent photos. I waited another week and stopped in because I needed to decide on the furniture. The owner found my email and explained sometimes she missed them. I said my call was not returned either and she told me maybe I didn't want to do business there. She said it twice and made it so. Can't understand how they stay in business with such terrible customer service and a bully for an owner that appears to like to throw her weight around.
