I didn't have a good experience with this business. They really don't seem to care about good customer service if you have a small order. If you are placing a large order, you might get good service---but then again it would also be cheaper for you to get your framing done at a big box store. I ended up going back to pick up my photograph and I will take it somewhere else for framing.
