WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED! BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I rate this place as a MINUS-10! Tina lied to me about the services and times. It took 2 long hours just to get a change of paint when that is Not the service I requested or wanted.



The service was the worst I have ever experienced. Tina was rude and nasty. I can't believe they are still in business!



When I arrived and asked if I could get Gel nails and Tina replied, "Yes, the entire process will take 40 minutes." However, 2 hours later it turns out that no one in the store was capable of doing gel nails. They started my nails but then made me wait around for 30 minutes at a time promising they were sending someone over who could do the job. It turns out, no one in the store knew how to do the service. Since I paid up front, I asked for my money back but they refused. It was getting close to closing time so they offered to slap on a change-of-paint instead. Now I have to go to another salon and spend time and money to have my nails done right.



I would not send my worst enemy to this store!
