Inappropriate behavior with zero customer service or capable staff, don't be fooled by the zip code. AWFUL!!! Ruined Valentines day ordered a $220 bouquet, by 6pm after calling OVER and OVER to unanswered calls was told "it was a busy day" and that if the flowers didn't arrive we would get our money back? How does that help when a special day is already ruined, then spoke to a manager who said "drivers called in sick, its not my fault". I never write reviews and don't care to speak badly of a business but don't use these people if you care about what/when you are sending.
