Ethics in a business should always be first. It seems to be lacking here, therefore so will be my business ,!!!

I think you were wrong in firing Mr. Ingalls for blogging about stars who don't tip. I would blog too! They make so much money for what they do, there is NO excuse for them to skip out, especially on a $13 bill. And they should tip the best. They forget that they get rich off of the public. If we didn't watch their shows or movies, where would they be? They would be nobodies and noone would give a crap about them! They owe us! And should be more appreciative! Those of us who were hit hard because of the recession can't go out to eat all the time like stars seem to do. Your employee could have turned the other cheek but he would probably have gotten fired for that, unless he took it out of his own pocket. Which is so wrong! And he deserved a tip! A big one, not getting fired! Whoever is responsible for firing him is a jerk and karma is a "B"!
