On hold for over 30 minutes to get someone to answer my question about purchasing a 7 k item.. they don’t need the business I guess.. how rude!!!

Chanel is my best friend. The costumer service here is awesome. The sales person always call and send me an email to update new item and private sale. Sometime I feel like a celebrity shopping here.The selection is probably the best in Socal. Walked out happy.

The WORSET service ever. waited an hour just to get help. Not an apology for the wait. The sales persons act as if they are doing you a favor just to allow you to be in there audience.



No customer service, manners or curtsy. It should receive a minus rather than 1 star.
