Dr. Daniela Pavlin grew up in Europe in a family of doctors. When she was a teenager her father brought the family to the United States to pursue research opportunities as Robotics Professor at the University of Maryland. Dr. Pavlin finished high school there and was awarded with a full four-year Maryland State Senatorial Scholarship; she graduated in 1999 from University of Maryland School of Dentistry. While obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, as a top student in her class Dr. Pavlin was invited and joined the prestigious Gorgas Odontological Honorary Society. After completing her Residency at UCLA School of Dentistry, Dr. Pavlin served as clinical associate professor of restorative dentistry at UCLA. Since 2001 Dr. Pavlin has practiced as general and cosmetic dentist in Beverly Hills. After working at several practices in Brentwood, Sherman Oaks and Beverly Hills, California, she opened her own General, Cosmetic and Dental Implant practice in Beverly Hills, Daniela Pavlin DD, Inc., in 2002. She is committed to extensive continuing education, including a master in Implantology from UCLA, functional occlusion TMJ and ongoing research and education in biological dentistry. Dr. Pavlin donated her time to underprivileged groups such as, the Native Americans at the Navajo Reservation in Arizona, children with facial deformities through Operation Smile and others. When she is not performing treatments and discussing the latest procedures at her practice, Dr. Pavlin enjoys painting, playing tennis, golfing, and also skiing.
