They are very rude, from administrators down to the onsite manager. They are more concerned with what the law allows them to do rather than fair or morally correct. They are power-hungry self-important people that refuse to listen to reason even when they overstep their bounds. They were contacted by potential buyers in early May about requirements for move-in to a senior community. We accepted their offer to buy on June 12th, but the park manager didn't inspect the home until June 27th. And, then, it her report, she even insisted that we trim a couple of trees on our neighbor's property. And the big Beverly Hills administrator could only tell me to talk to the manager again... Do some homework to see if this company owns or manages the property you want. Don't ever rent or buy any property owned or manager by Francis Property Management!
