Provided by YP.comDoctor Parsa is not only an excellent surgeon, but his is also kind and compassionate, patient and has excellent bedside manner. His office and staff are excellent, pleasant and professional at all times. I'm thrilled with his work, finally taking care of the under eye bags that I suffered from since childhood giving me the self confidence that I lacked.
