The vibe is relaxed, fun and layed back. Kat is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. She knows her stuff and really puts you at ease. I had reservations about the process but after my first appointment was over I was shocked at how painless and easy it was. Her equipment is the latest on the market and her sanitation methods are extremely meticulous. She really takes care of you during the after care process. Definitely see her!

Kat is the nicest person I've met. She really goes out of her way to make your comfortable. She'll answer all of your questions as long as it takes. You never feel rushed and she's never pushy. You can tell she loves what she does. I had laser done a year and a half ago on my face and suffered from some regrowth. I really didn't want to go through the expensive and painful process of laser again so I decided to try this out. Kat was really gentle and had great technique. In fact after a few minutes I dozed off because the next thing I knew time was up, I was hair free and on my way.
