Went in last night to do some grocery shopping and Chloe was my checkout person. She overcharged me for one of their sale items and when I pointed out she said that’s with the computer does and there’s nothing I can do about it. She told me to go to customer service and try and get my money back. At customer service I ran into a lady named Megan who also didn’t know the price and had To roam the store looking for it. When she came back she refunded my money. A lady in the line behind me said it happens to her all the time. Watch your receipt as they apparently are overcharging and if you don’t catch it it’s a win-win for them. Horrible customer service and I will not be back.

Winn Dixie has a surprising amount of prepared food that my husband and I both enjoy (pre-cooked). Winn Dixie's produce area beats Publix by far. The fruit I buy at Publix is moldy the next day. No matter how I look it over. And products you buy all the time suddenly disappear from Publix shelves.

I like Winn Dixie - they have nice departments and seem to be getting better and better on the brands and variety they are offering. If you haven't been there in a few years, try them again. I think they've changed for the better.
