I will NEVER come back here to get my nails done again. They open at 10. my appt was at 10. 10:02 and the entire place was empty. Lights offs. Not a single employee here! I was about to leave! Then, five other people walk in with an "appt at 10". One rude lady cuts me in line to get her name on the list before me. 6 technicians walk in. Then there is a huge scramble from all the people getting their nails done to grab a technician before they get stuck waiting. the price list is reasonable, but i guess you get what you pay for. I've never seen anything so unprofessional in my life! ESP after my last experience there where I also had an appt and waited 1hr 20 mins - an hr of it with my feet soaking!! Ill pay more next time for a place who actually takes pride in their business. I gave them a second chance bc "things happen" but never again. instead of a relaxing experience, the were both stressful and infuriating... I would rather give an extra $20 to a company that gives a hoot about their customers time.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! They say they are reasonably priced but when all is said and done they rank up your bill. I was charged 24 dollars because i had 2 broken nails when he said a fill would only cost 16. I got 2 nails, but 10 NEW ONES cost 25 (full set) I would not recommend to ANYONE. worst customer service and not worth the money. Un even nails and not certified
