Bought a used car for my daughter and Bill and Yas were the most professional courteous team I've met in years! I would definitely recommend Royal Auto to anyone looking for a great used car - they have a wonderful selection!

Very nice people and easy to do business with. Prices are reasonable. Great selection of nice cars. I bought a three year old car from Royal and it was serviced and inspected and brought up to like new status. Good finance and extended warranty service from very talented and courteous manager.

Royal Auto Group was fantastic and caring. Grade A service throughout the sale including financing and registration. I will definitely buy all of my future cars from here!

My experience was AMAZING. I am a recent college graduate and I thought finding a car was going to be easy. However, the owner took his time and after reviewing my finances told me his honest opinion. He did not want to sell me a car that he knew I would not be able to afford. He truly cared. He then took his time to find me a car with an affordable price and in my price range. A special thank you to Yass who took his time and made my dream come true. I walked out with an amazing car and have had the car for a week and there are no issues. Thank you.

Terrible experience with this company. They are only interested in selling you their cars. They don't give a damn once they receive your payment.

I bought a 2009 BMW for my son that they never corrected before delivering the vehicle. BMW even had recalls for the vehicle that they did not present.

Do not fall for that Optimal Performance Service they claim to do and overcharge you for. That is the largest lie ever.

I am suing them for the reimbursement of my cost to correct the vehicle.

Horrible experience. They sell cars with bad brakes. They will say anything to get your money and then treat you like a leper.



Not to be trusted.

I have traded in/bought lot of cars, this is the first time i had a very nice experience. RoyalAutoGroups in Burlington --Lawrence was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bill made the financing look so easy and all went through very smoothly

The good part is that .no one forced me to buy this car 2012 Acura TSX, Overall it is not a typical dealership environment. The website is so nice and in details, so you get prepared before you land up there.

I had inspected the car from a acura dealer after i bought it and everything was fine except they recommend that the break pads are low, so when i called up Bill/Lawrence, regarding this they immediately .called me in and replaced all the four break pads and the two front rotors for free..

Many car agencies take advantage because your female, I cannot say that about Royal Auto Group, the gentlemen, Dan and Bill treated me with respect and dignity they were very helpful especially with questions. I recommend Royal Auto Group to anyone. Jeanie T.
