I have purchased two cars from Bob.
Brought my car in for a rear brake service a few months ago. The mechanic that Bob employs, has no idea what he is doing. He installed the rear brake shoes, but did not know how to adjust them. So I had to correctly adjust them myself when I got home (which didn't do my bad back any favors), as I am a disabled auto mechanic. Furthermore, said mechanic then adjusted my headlights, and pointed them in useless directions as well as stripped/broke the adjustment screws. Basically what I am saying, is that my car stopped better and was usable for night driving before I brought it there. When I called Bob to discuss this matter, he just offered one excuse after another.

Also, should you buy a vehicle from Bob, make sure to call the service department at a GM dealership first. As then you can give them the VIN number of said vehicle to see if it has a bonded title. As in if the car has ever had flood damage or has been 'totaled' before. People need to pay attention to details with Bob and employees.

Be sure to Carfax anything you consider buying here; Bob attempted to sell me a salvage title vehicle without informing me that it had been totaled and rebuilt (illegal).
