My husband and I purchased an SUV from Five Star Auto Sales in the beginning of April 2008. The second day that we had it we started experiencing problems. We brought it in and they took care of the problem with no charge. The second week that we had it we started experiencing problems again, but thought that we might just have to change the oil. The next week the problems continued and when we brought it in the 30 day warranty had just run out. They took $15 off the total bill. Wow, thanks. Two weeks later we had problems so severe that we did not dare to even drive it to the shop. At this point we decided not to use the mechanics at Five Star and went elsewhere. The new mechanics discovered the problem was due to a wire being cut too short and become disattached while "fixing" the last problem. When we called Five Star to tell them what had happened the car salesman who had sold us our vehicle was extremely unaccomodating and asked me wait 16 days before they could even look at. I will never buy another vehicle from that place and I encourage others to bring their business elsewhere.

My wife and I were going to finance a vehicle there. We were approved for an auto loan, then my wife had changed her mind on the purchase. Then at that point we were called almost every name in the book, none of which were nice names. So if you do not like being insulted and sworn at than my wife and I recomend you find another place to spend your hard earned money.
